To reserve a seat for the dinner, select the meal(s) of your choice by clicking on the "add to cart" button for each meal; Please enter Name & Call Sign as applicable for each meal. This will take you to the PayPal Shopping Cart page. If you are ordering more than one dinner, close the PayPal Shopping Cart page (x in the right hand corner or just switch back to the SVRC.ORG tab). Once you have returned to the reservation page you can then order the next dinner, repeating the process until you have completed your orders. At that point, hit the "check out" button to complete the transaction. No matter what card you use, all transactions will be processed through PayPal under your name. If you failed to provide Name/Call for each meal then we will contact you by e-mail to get the names those covered by your payment/dinner selections so that we will have a name/dinner selection tag for them at the event. Dinner selection choices cannot be changed. All dinners are $16 per person. Pre-Dinner reception starts at 5:30, Dinner starts at 6 at Village Of Jerome Civic Center, 2901 Leonard St. (corner of Leonard and Reed) Jerome, IL.

Box Supper Choices:
A. The Gobbler: Smoked turkey, ham, bacon, and cheddar sub.
B. Roast Beef Combo: Top round roast beef and Colby Jack sub.
C. Chicken Lover's Wrap: Chicken strips, lettuce, Provolone cheese, Caesar dressing and Parmesan Cheese in a spinach wrap.
D. Mama Mia! Italian Style Sub: Ham, Pepperoni, Salami, Provolone.
Each dinner, served in an attractive container with condiments, cutlery and napkin. Dinner also includes dessert and complimentary water. No alcohol is allowed at this venue.
