W9I at the 2019 Illinois State Fair

The W9I log is closed and another Illinois State Fair is history.  Twenty four operators took various operating shifts and worked the bands in many different modes.  Even though the solar sunspots let us down (along with all the other hams in the world), we had a great time making contacts and meeting with the public to promote ham radio and the SVRC.  We saw some old friends and made some new ones.  The log breakdown shows we made contacts with forty of the fifty states as well as three Canadian provinces, and... Hungary!  Hooray!
