Scott DeSantis, KB9VRW will talk about proposed changes in the operating structure of ARRL. He is one of three candidates seeking the Section Manager's post in the upcoming elections that begin April 1. He is expected to address the issues facing ham radio as a whole and what he views their impact will be on the Illinois section and area ARRL clubs.
Social hour at 6:00 pm, meeting/presentation at 7:00 pm.
The general public is welcome to attend as well as area ham operators and SVRC club members.

We are moving our meetings to HSHS St. John's. We will meet in Conference Room A which is next to the library on the main floor(2nd). Enter at the main north entrance, entering the hospital on the second floor proceed almost to the elevator and turn right on the corridor. Proceed down the hallway to the end then turn left then right. Proceed down this hallway and the Library will be on the left.
