Ever dreamed of DXing from a remote island in the middle of nowhere? It's no dream for Craig Thompson, K9CT, who will be guest speaker at our October 5 meeting.
Thompson, one of the hobby's most celebrated DXexpeditioners, will share his experiences leading teams of fellow amateurs to some of the most distant and uninhabited places in the world and will talk about his plans for new adventures ahead. The meeting will start at 7 p.m. in the Club headquarters, Room 330, American Red Cross building, 1045 Outer Park Drive, Springfield.
